carrots – we've been enjoying ours raw, with dip!

(store in a bag in the fridge)

beets – have you tried slicing the roots and braising them in a pan with a bit of water and butter?!

(Remove greens up arriving home, leaving 1” of the stem on the roots, store in the fridge)

scallions – this pasta with charred scallion sauce looks delish

basil – this is likely your last bunch of basil, it’s just too hot!

beans - bean season is upon us!!! hurrah!

dill – mmm dill on pan fried fish!

Fill a glass with cool water, trim the ends of the stems, and then place the bunch in the glass and leave in the fridge.

lettuce mix – you know the drill! Store in the fridge.

zucchini – we're making this summer squash pizza this weekend! can't wait!!

tomatoes – the first of many. Do not store in the fridge!

eggplant – we like to slice them, toss in olive oil and grill on the bbq with zucchini. Store in the fridge.
