(store in a bag in the fridge)

cilantro – recipe ideas below. Store in a glass with an inch of water in the bottom, in the fridge.

zucchini – we want to try this spicy roasted zucchini dip or check out this recipe for a lemon poppy seed zucchini bread.

(store in the fridge)

kale – this chickpea and kale shakshuka looks good

(store in a plastic bag in the fridge)

sweet pepper – we like to grill our peppers on the bbq. Just hollow it out by removing the stem and seeds. Coat the inside with a little olive oil and grill until softened. Yum.

(store in the fridge)

tomatoes – Do not store in the fridge!

garlic – you know what to do.

potatoes – they’re finally here! We like them best boiled, or steamed and slathered with butter! They’re new potatoes, so they won’t store for a very long time, best to eat within a week.
